I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Bay Cities Auto Body! From my very first phone call to the final pickup, the entire experience was exceptional. The team was transparent, communicative, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. My car was repaired much quicker than I anticipated, and it looks absolutely amazing!

I especially want to recognize Melyssa, Christina, and Geovanny. Melyssa was so helpful in getting everything set up and making the process seamless. Christina was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Geovanny took his time to ensure I received quality service. Every single one of them went above and beyond!

What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. Every phone call, update, and interaction was pleasant. I never once felt like I was bothering anyone with my questions or follow-ups. They genuinely made me feel valued and taken care of.

Even the smallest gestures, like offering snacks and water or giving my daughter a little toy car, made such a lasting impression. It’s those thoughtful touches that really set a business apart.

The environment is so welcoming, and you can genuinely tell that the people here enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both exceptional quality and such outstanding customer service.

Bay Cities Auto Body went above and beyond. They've assisted me multiple times and each time the repair process was excellent. There was severe damage on both occasions. Geovani, the office staff, and manager were very professional and extremely courteous. Everyone at the site was genuine, professional, and knowledgeable about the insurance claim and my situation from the beginning. They maintained contact with me and the insurance throughout the process. Both times they returned the vehicle sooner than I thought and in better condition than it was before everything happened. They did a great job on my car. Abraham and the entire staff were very professional and quick to communicate updates about what was happening and what needed to be done. I recently got into a car accident and brought my vehicle to Bay Cities Auto Body, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the very first phone call, they answered quickly and got me in right away. They didn’t have me waiting around. They took a look at my car and explained everything to me. I was originally told the repairs could take almost a month, but the team worked incredibly quickly.

I dropped my car off on September 2nd, and I was able to pick it up after only 11 business days!

When I came to pick up my car today, I was honestly amazed. It looked like I had just gotten the car off the lot for the first time. The work was done beautifully, and I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out.

I especially want to thank Geovany Castrejon (Estimator), Richard (Tech), Frank (Tech), and Mollyssa (Front Office) for all their help. Everyone was professional, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than I expected.

I definitely recommend Bay Cities Auto Body to anyone who has been in an accident or needs body work done. I would trust them with my vehicle again without hesitation.

Amazing work! The body shop did an incredible job repairing our Ford Expedition. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the Expedition looks like new again. I am from out of state and was visiting family in the area after going to Disney Land and got rear ended by Tesla in my brand new Camry. My trunk and tail lights were crushed in making my return to WA state impossible so I had to have it fixed nearby. I called around some places and landed on Bay Cities Auto Body because of there high reviews. After calling and stopping by to get an estimate this guy Brian walked me through the entire process including telling me he would do everything in his power to use all Toyota parts which I requested. They had everything completed in a week and ahead of what they initially anticipated which was perfect. I received a call from a man named Carlos who walked me through everything they did and even got on the ground to show me the new bumper and everything they repaired and replaced. Very disappointed with this body shop. Just one week after the repair, the door edge protector strip started coming loose. They fixed it once, but it came off completely again shortly after.
It has now been a month with no proper resolution. I understand parts can be delayed, but the lack of communication and follow-up is very disappointing . I shouldn’t have to keep chasing a shop to get an update on a repair they were paid to complete.

Not happy with the repair or the way they handled the situation. I would not recommend this shop.

The owner reached out to me personally and took the time to discuss my concerns. He worked with me to address the issues and make sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate the effort and professionalism he showed in resolving the situation.

This is the best place to bring your car. They don’t use cheap parts. They actually use the parts that belong on the car. They keep you informed pretty much daily to let you know how it’s going my car look like it was brand new when I picked it up and clean and they’re honest there if you leave something in the car by accident, they just put it on your dash or in your center console.
